Rules for your project display on the day of the Science Fair

These rules have nothing to do with experimental design.  These are requirements for when you present your project at the science fair.

You may not bring the following to the science fair:
  • Glass
  • Chemicals, including water
  • Animals, plants, their parts, or microbes

You are allowed to bring instruments that you used to make measurements as long as they are not glass or sharp.  You will be allowed to use electricity in your display.  You may take pictures of your chemicals, experiments, results, etc. and display them to demonstrate your procedure and results.

A more complete summary of safety restrictions can be found at the ISEF website.
